Big Reds Hook & Book is owned and operated by Eric Swartzentruber of Wooster, Ohio.
Eric and his expert tow truck driver-technicians have years of experience in the transportation industry operating a fleet of many different vehicles. We have logged hundreds of thousands of miles on the road transporting people and vehicles around Wayne County and beyond. Many times along the way we've had to tow, winch, or perform urgent roadside assistance (and repair) service on nearly every one of them.
We started this business to fill the need in Wooster for professional and dependable towing services. And we're confident that with what we've learned along the way, that there are no motor vehicle situations you're likely to encounter that we haven't seen before, and can't help you out of.

Our regular main towing service area extends from Wooster to:
- all of Wayne County, plus
- the southern areas of Medina County,
- the northern half of Holmes County, and
- the eastern half of Ashland County
This is mainly because we handle a lot of roadside assistance calls in the Wooster area every day. But people do count on us to tow and transport vehicles to and from places much further away. We’re happy to help with this, and it’s best to arrange it at least a day in advance when possible.
