Our towing service area extends from Wooster to cover all of Wayne County, the eastern half of Ashland County, the northern half of Holmes County, and the southern area of Medina County.Our garage is located near the center of Wooster and only minutes away from the main Wayne County arteries of US 30, US-250, OH-83, and OH-3. From here, we can usually arrive at any location in the area in less then an hour.This service area is for local towing, of course. We are so happy to have found this tow service on a late Saturday night. Our truck had broke down,which is always not fun to deal with,but we also had a trailer that we were hauling. This gentleman was there in 20 mins like he had said on the phone. He pulled us a short distance to drop trailer off at gas station and towed us home. He also took the time to help look for my husbands phone that he misplaced in the mix. Great ,nice guy,with awesome price. Thank u Big Reds!!

Over a holiday weekend, I found myself broken down just outside the fairgrounds in Wooster. It was Saturday and so many local towing companies and mechanics were closed through the holiday on Monday. I was panicked. My insurance company set up a tow for me that was going to take up to 90 minutes just to show up! I called Big Red’s and Eric was there in 30 minutes. Not only that, but he helped with a lot of questions I had (my cars have never broken down on me before) and gave me peace of mind by checking a few things on the car so I’d have a better idea what might be wrong. All this in addition to being open on a holiday so I could come pick up my car! Thank you, Big Reds, for helping me make it home to Kentucky safely!

I am a staff member at a Wooster nursing home and an elderly man was visiting a friend when he locked he’s keys in his vehicle along with his phone and wallet. He was on the under the impression he had AAA but they wouldn’t assist with out his policy number on the card. (Which was in his wallet) I then tried the nonemergency line and they said Wooster police do not assist with anything like that as well. Finally I called big reds hook and book, they sent someone within 30 minutes. Graciously the tow truck driver offered me a discount when he found out I was paying out of pocket to help this man. It’s nice to see great caring business still out there. Thank you for a job well done!
